ABOUT JAC

JAC has been in business for more than 14 years and have completed over a hundred projects throughout the UAE. These projects include work with banks like ADIB and Mashreq, and many other construction projects with multiple industries across the entire United Arab Emirates.

With a 4 years of previous experience working with other similar companies, Mamta discovered her passion in this field and proceeded to make this into a dream business. Mamta developed an interest in discussing developing designs for Client’s projects, which is rewarding for this field. With JAC, we always listen to our clients and try to do the best possible design for them.

What is unique about JAC?

JAC is a company of professionals. Although our focus is primarily on fit-out, we are also experts in interior designing and renovations. We are highly qualified and trained professionals that form a team of great people that is always willing to listen and answer questions. We cater to all types of industries – whether you are an SME or a large MNC, we are always eager to provide you with all kinds of Fit-outs, maintenance, and decorative solutions.
JAC serves clients all across the United Arab Emirates. You can subscribe to all our services in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah.
The project completion time depends on several factors, such as the size and scope of the project, the number of people required to work on it, the availability of materials, etc. However, we always try our best to complete the project as soon as possible. For example, a renovation project at JAC may take 3-6 months, while a Fit-out project may take around 2 months.

At JAC, we follow the following steps for each project:

  • We study market demands or perceived needs of the project, and define its scope and objectives.
  • We do a feasibility study and come up with a conceptual plan or a preliminary design.
  • Our engineers and designers work together to make Fit-out or renovation plans to finalize the project requirements.
  • The specifications are audited to make sure they meet the specified standards.
  • Then, we start with the procurement and construction/renovation work.
  • The client reviews the facility and suggests changes, if necessary. Once the project is final, we hand it over to the client.

Clients also opt for our weekly, monthly, operation and maintenance services as well as offering them a 1 year warranty on the project. We also offer disposal of a facility if required.
