Creating an experience center out of a warehouse was a very precise, well-planned project that resulted in excellent finishing at a lower cost. Our goal was to complete a large-scale restoration project on schedule and on budget, which we did. The task of transforming a warehouse into a beautifully designed office, experience center, and logistic setup was completed flawlessly. Every nook and cranny of the area was maintained and turned into something useful.
For the ease and comfort of the villa, our dedicated crew completely refurbished the Emaar South Villa by installing tiles, marbles, joinery, paneling, and electrical distribution systems. Furthermore, the villa had a complete restroom transformation, which included new storage cabinets, artistic paint, and work, and the entire design was meticulously built with the clients' desires. We successfully rebuilt the distribution system while causing no disturbance. Our service was provided with activities mostly planned before hours and on a condensed timetable, yet we still accomplished everything to the client's satisfaction.
